Man dies following shooting in Yuma

YUMA, Ariz. – The Yuma Police Department said one man died after he was shot in the chest Monday Night. YPD responded to shots fired at 10:06 p.m., in the 600 Block of 16th Ave.

Officers say at least one person was involved in the shooting. Multiple rounds were fired. A Hispanic man was shot in the chest and taken to Yuma Regional Medical Center where he died.

Detectives are actively investigating this case. Several people were question but officers have not released any information on possible suspect(s).
