YUMA, Ariz. – Cody Bedoya is still in custody.
His attorney says he’s revising a recent plea deal that was given by the prosecution.
Cody has plead not guilty to three felony charges of kidnapping.
In that, he allegedly held his siblings and daughter against their will.
He will be back in court in June.

YUMA, Ariz. – The man accused of kidnapping and holding his siblings and daughter hostage is now able to walk free on a 50k cash-only bond.
Cody Alan Bedoya is pleading not guilty to three felony charges of kidnapping.
After a conditions of release hearing last week, the judge amended Bedoya’s release as long as he posts the a cash-only bond and submits to drug testing.
Bedoya is scheduled to be back in court on May 5th.

YUMA, Ariz. – Bedoya is facing three counts of kidnapping, five counts of disorderly conduct per domestic violence, and one count of criminal damages per domestic violence. Bedoya was ordered by the judge to stay clean and not possess any illegal drugs or firearms.
Witnesses say the neighborhood was full of police activity.
“I got off work and I saw a bunch of lights and sirens and when I went to look there was a lot of police and they were circling the house and I heard some yelling and I guess it was the man inside the house,” said, Daniel Robles.
Robles adds, “I looked at the house and I thought there was going to be a shooting or something and it was something like out of a movie.”
Bedoya will be back in court on March 30th at the Yuma County Justice Center.
